John Bendon grew up in Maui and has done real estate transactions in Maui and Colorado for over 10 years.  John is one of only a handful of individuals on Maui who has earned the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED Accredited Professional designation.  He is also one of only several people in the state who is designated as a Green Rater for the USGBC LEED for Homes program.  John is the only individual on Maui with the equipment and expertise to perform Home Energy Rating Scores and is a Certified Energy Rater under the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET).  John’s company, Green Building, LLC, provides clients with a single source solution for consulting and sales related to green high performance buildings.
